What improvements will you make to the existing trail?
The primary trail through the site will be improved to City of Walnut trail standards, which includes making it at least 10 feet wide in all places, with a split rail fence and surfaced with “polymer coated crushed stone pathway mix.” Once completed, the Brookside Trail will be added to the City’s trail guide, completing a public trail connection from the trail along Meadow Pass Road to the trail along the north side of La Puente Road.
