Can you provide an example of creeks, trails and/or open space being included in private lots elsewhere in Walnut?

Here is one example (out of many). It shows the area near Meadow Pass Road and Pierre Road, with Lemon Creek indicated by the blue lines and the 15 privately owned lots containing sections of Lemon Creek indicated by the yellow lines:
