FAQ

You’ve got questions, we have answers.

What are you doing to protect the wooded areas around the creek?

Brookside will preserve the vast majority of the trees in the open space areas of the site, including all of its protected oak and walnut trees. Our tree plan will actually result in an increase in the total number of trees on the property. Far more important than the number of trees, however, is the quality of those trees. Under our plan, there will be a net increase of 60 trees onsite, and the number of non-native and invasive trees will be reduced by 430 and replaced with the same number of California native trees.
