What effect will Brookside have on local traffic impacts?
With only 27 homes, Brookside will generate only a modest amount of new traffic. A new traffic analysis that was conducted using approved methodologies as part of the Brookside Environmental Impact Report found that Brookside will not generate enough new traffic to be deemed “significant” under the standards of the California Environmental Quality Act.
